Weekly Training - Starting January 5th
REGISTER EARLY AND RECEIVE FREE DECEMBER SESSIONS
All training at Pro Fitness Gym except for Fridays which are held at the U of W Rec Plex
Beginner/Intermediate is for ages 9 -13
Advanced is over 14 and/or as assessed by coaching staff
Pro is for high level high school and/or University Athletes
Participants will be placed into smaller groups depending on the coaches assessment.

Thurs / OFF DAY
Friday ( U of W Rec Plex ) Cleats, Shorts , Shirts
7:00 pm - 7:45 pm Beginner/Intermediate
8:00 pm - 9:15 pm Advanced
Saturday
2:00 pm - 4:00 pm Intermediate/Advanced
One on One training offered on Saturdays
